File Management
Files in WhatsApp are organized in the following way:
Mails (mail) - If you receive an email, you can open it in the app.
Photo - All the photos in the app will be saved in a gallery (it also works for videos and documents) with all the images saved in the "Paste" folder.
Video - Videos are saved in a gallery.
Documents - Documents and PDFs.
Audio - All the audio files.
Chat - All the chats.
Folder - All the folders.
You can also create new folders or edit the existing ones.
You can also delete a folder and any of its content.
Notes - This option lets you create a new note.
File Sharing
The folder is also shared with other devices. It means that you can send files to the cloud directly from the application, no matter if it's Android, iOS, or Windows.
Cloud Sharing
When a folder is shared, all the files are saved in the cloud in a folder.
Synchronization
This option means that you can have two or more devices (for example, Android, iOS, and Windows) and that the folders and files are synchronized between them.
This option can be used only if you subscribe to the premium version of the app.
Search
This option is very similar to the standard file management options.
The results will be shown in a gallery.
The magnifying glass option is located at the top of the application.
